I've been tutoring for a couple of years now and am currently employed by The Sylvan Learning Center as a Mathematics Tutor and Lead Instructor for our STEM programs. On the daily I work with kids from all grades including college level. I am a 28 year old Math student looking to help others with their understanding of the subject. Considering that I am a student, I feel that I have plenty of insight into the frustrations and discouragement that comes along with studying math and therefore can help students overcome those barriers. I am also very passionate about what I do and strongly believe that students respond well to an instructor that deeply cares about the content. Above all, my favorite thing about Math is teaching it to my 4 year old daughter.
